usebtwn is a communication tool that uses AI to help you find calmer words during a conflict, understand what might be underneath a disagreement, and word a reply to a confusing or hurtful message.
All responses, suggestions, and written content you receive through usebtwn are generated by an artificial intelligence system. No response is written, reviewed, or approved by a human before it is shown to you. usebtwn is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health or relationship support. It is not a crisis service. It does not diagnose abuse or any other condition. AI-generated suggestions may be imperfect or inaccurate at times, and are offered as a starting point, not professional advice. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly, not this app.
Support and hotline resources shown in the app are a starting point based on the country you select, not a complete or verified-in-real-time directory.
You must be 18 or older to use usebtwn. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. An account is required to use the tool; you get a limited number of free credits after signing up before a subscription or a credit purchase is needed. The one exception is responding to a shared-session invite someone sends you, which doesn't require an account of your own.
Instead of subscribing, you can buy credits and spend them only when you use the tool. Each solo translate or reply session, and each round of a shared session beyond its free first exchange, uses 1 credit. Credit packs are one-time purchases through Stripe, not a subscription; nothing renews or auto-charges. Credits don't expire, aren't transferable between accounts, and aren't redeemable for cash. We may change credit pack prices or what a credit covers with notice; credits you already own keep working under the terms in place when you bought them.
Don't use usebtwn to harass, threaten, or manipulate anyone, including the partner you're writing about. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
usebtwn is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, usebtwn and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. To the extent usebtwn is found liable despite this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 USD.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You and usebtwn agree to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court instead. You and usebtwn each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other.
